Our client is looking for a Customer Service Operative who is responsible for the day to day management of the remediation of issues in customers’ homes. This role takes ownership of all ongoing customers’ issues and ensures the correct resources are available to undertake work in customers’ homes, on the appointed date and to resolve all issues in one visit.

Key Resonsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Undertake planned and reactive remedial work with respect to all the trades and any other duties.

  • Undertake the coordination of work as required and arrive on time.

  • Undertake any inspection of issues.

  • Leave the customers home in a clean and tidy condition.

  • Ensure the standard of works is in accordance with the NHBC standards.

  • Obtain customer sign off of completed remedial works.

  • Ensure that any problems or incomplete work are reported.

  • Regular liaison with customers in their homes

Experience :

Ability to work independently, prioritise work and take initiative. Great Interpersonal, communication and relationship skills with face to face customer services experience. Helpful if you have housebuilding or related industry experience
