What will you be doing?

This person will work closely with the in situ land acquisition team whilst holding overall accountability for the full development lifecycle, managing delivery processes through acquisition, planning and design through to construction and handover/customer care.  The utopian applicant will demonstrate longevity within their career path and have proven experience within a house-builder but also be able to bring innovation and fresh ideas to the mix.  

Who are you?

A talented Development or Land/Planning Director or maybe you’ve been in a Development Executive/Manager for the past 4-5 years and are ready for the next step up! Knowledge of the housing sector gained within a house-builder is a pre-requisite.  You will be ready to help drive the business forward alongside the current Managing Director.  We will need to see demonstrative experience gained within past roles showing key input in land acquisition, troubleshooting, design, planning, supplier management and production.
