Duties Include:

• As a Managing Director your main requirements will be: 

• Experience in a similar role with a proven track record within this type of position.

• A detailed working knowledge of residential development, including political and environmental changes.

• Maintaining strong relationships within all areas of the business. 

• The ability to be a strong and inspiring leader.

• Knowledge of the relevant sectors including Sales, Marketing, Technical, Commercial, Construction and Finance.

• A proactive, positive ‘can do’ attitude, offering support and guidance when required.

• A high-level of negotiation and communication skills.

• A great knowledge of land acquisition and development opportunities.

• The ability to head an impeccable customer service initiative.

• Full awareness of current health and safety regulations, ensuring employees welfare.
