As a Managing Director your main requirements will be:
Experience in a similar role with a proven track record within this type of position.
A detailed working knowledge of residential development, including political and environmental changes.
Maintaining strong relationships within all areas of the business.
The ability to be a strong and inspiring leader.
Knowledge of the relevant sectors including Sales, Marketing, Technical, Commercial, Construction and Finance.
A proactive, positive ‘can do’ attitude, offering support and guidance when required.
A high-level of negotiation and communication skills.
A great knowledge of land acquisition and development opportunities.
The ability to head an impeccable customer service initiative.
Full awareness of current health and safety regulations, ensuring employees welfare.
