Our client is an established selling agent for new build properties, working closely with multiple new homes developers, to ensure that expectations are accomplished by driving sales. This includes supplying professionally trained site sales staff.
We are seeking a talented individual who can offer flexible working hours, willing to travel across multiple-sites and have an interest in property.
As a Roving Sales Negotiator based in the London & Home Counties region your main requirements will be:
A high level of customer service.
Be able to offer flexibility in terms of working hours, including weekends.
A special interest of the housing sector and property industry.
A proactive, positive ‘can do’ attitude.
Excellence at negotiation and communication skills.
A team player and willingness to go the extra mile
Deal with all aspect of the customer journey (liaising with solicitors, estate agents, mortgage brokers, surveyors).
Monitor, signage & presentation of sales area & showrooms.
Adaptable to working with different developers.
Successful applicants will be required to have a full, clean driving licence, be very customer focused and sales orientated. You will need to be immaculately presented and confident at working alone on some occasions. The role will be flexible shifts including weekends. This is a full-time position, but days may vary.
