New Homes Sales Negotiator

​​​Our client is an established selling agent for new build properties, which works closely with new homes developers and ensure that expectations are accomplished by driving sales. 

We are seeking a talented sales’ driven individual who has excellent customer service who can offer flexible hours and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction of sales.

Duties Include:

  • Experience and high levels of customer service.

  • Flexibility in working hours, which will include weekends.

  • Interest and knowledge of the housebuilding industry.

  • Versatility in the face of balancing all aspects of the customer journey (e.g. liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors etc.).

  • A positive and confident attitude and persona.

  • Strong skill sets of negotiation and communication.

  • A team player who will go the extra mile.

  • A keen eye for monitoring and correcting the presentation of the showrooms, sale areas and signage of the site.

Applicants which are successful, will have to be sales driven and customer orientated to provide the best service. You will always need to be presented immaculately and have confidence working alone on occasions.
