Our client is an established selling agent for new build properties, working closely with multiple new homes developers, to ensure that expectations are accomplished by driving sales .This includes supplying professionally trained site sales staff.

We are seeking a talented individual who is seeking full-time hours to work on a flagship development with a well known housebuilder in East London.

Duties Include:

As a New Homes Sales Negotiator based in the East London region your main requirements will be:

·A high level of customer service.

·A special interest of the housing sector and property industry.

·A proactive, positive ‘can do’ attitude.

·Excellence at negotiation and communication skills.

·A team player and willingness to go the extra mile.

·Deal with all aspect of the customer journey (liaising with solicitors, estate agents, mortgage brokers, surveyors).

·Monitor, signage & presentation of sales area & showrooms.

Successful applicants will be required to be very customer focused and sales orientated. You will need to be immaculately presented and confident at working alone on some occasions. This is a full-time position, but working days may vary.
