Office Manager - Part Time

Our client boasts 70 years’ combined experience in the residential property industry and are actively looking for a Part Time office manager who would assist with day to day administration duties.

The successful candidate would maintain and keep on top of a ‘to-do list’ with daily, weekly and monthly deadlines, whilst managing telecommunications and email enquiries. This is the perfect opportunity to become an office ‘superstar’ and would play an integral part in the company organisation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

·      Responsible for the smooth running of the office

·      Stock management of the office, including stationary, equipment, furniture and kitchen consumables

·      Taking ownership of keeping the office tidy and in order

·      Facilities management

·      Managing diaries and coordinating appointments and travel for senior colleagues 

·      Arrangement of Company functions

·      Providing administrative support to Managing Director and Directors including running diary, dealing with personal requests etc

·      Minute take in meetings when required

·      Answering incoming calls and taking relevant messages if required

·      Setting up company email accounts for new starters and dealing with IT issues

·      Managing the office supplies and ordering when required

·      Ensure meeting room is prepared for meetings

Desirable Criteria

·      A proactive, positive ‘can do’ attitude.

·      Fully computer literate with Microsoft Office packages

·      Excellent organisational and communication skills

·      Experience working as an office administrator, office assistant or similar role 

·      The ability to multitask

·      A problem-solving approach to work

·      Positive attitude

·      Ability to build strong relationships with individuals i.e. become the go to person when support or help is needed
