An amazing opportunity for a bright, savvy PA/Office Manager to join 2 dynamic Directors in their stunning Fitzrovia offices.
They need someone to become their right-hand person, enabling them to focus on strategy and growth, taking their new home development business to the next level.
This is a truly fantastic role where the right person can make it their own.
What will you be doing?
In this non-traditional varied PA role you’ll work closely with both Directors, taking on the management of their administration workload plus providing full PA/Office Manager support across all areas of the business. You will be the first point of contact for the company.
Who are you?
A PA/Office Manager with at least 1 years’ business support experience, with proven skills managing a varied workload
Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrably confidence and ability to multi-task
A firm grasp of Microsoft packages
Ability to ‘hit the ground running’ and provide guidance and direction in terms of creating processes and running an efficient office environment
