Our client Is a leading developer within the house building industry, looking to appoint a PA to their Managing Director. Key prerequisites include, enthusiasm, confident, excellent organisational skills and impeccable communication skills.  They are seeking a career minded PA at the top of their game!

Duties Include:

  • Extensive diary management.

  • Preparing articulate correspondence via email and other appropriate platforms.

  • Taking and distributing minutes.

  • Prepare presentations for Board level reports, general correspondence, and meeting agendas including the use of PowerPoint and excel.

  • Reviewing all correspondence, including e-mails and taking appropriate action.

  • Effective organisation of car services, expenses and other ad-hoc tasks.

  • Implementing and maintaining procedures and processes.

  • Take ownership of organising and co-ordinating staff incentives and events including liaison with external suppliers.

  • Provide admin support to the Reception team plus cover when necessary.

  • Any other duties as required to meet the needs of the business and the Managing Director, always to the highest possible standards.

  • Liaising with recruitment agencies for the recruitment of new staff.

  • Manage staff induction programme including preparation of employee packs and ensuring line Managers are supported with their responsibilities in this regard.

  • Monitoring probationary employees and producing successful completion.

  • Overall recording management of staff sickness/absence/annual leave/payroll reporting and collating information for payroll processing.

  • Prepartion of other HR related documentation.

 The Individual:

  •  Previous experience of being a PA within a fast paced, highly corporate company, at Board Level.

  • You will need to demonstrate an impeccable manner, confidence and ability to develop rapport with staff at all levels of the business as well as top organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Have the ability to work independently and use your initiative to make informed decisions.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other related software applications

  • Ability to provide top level support during extended hours when necessary.
