The successful individual will take ownership of all Planning activity, across multiple sectors. The Company possess a strong asset base, and a track record of delivering solutions for complex investment and development opportunities.

​

• Identify new planning/land opportunities and negotiate site specific legal terms and agreements

• Liaise with Landowners and manage progress of site promotion

• Devise and deliver developer collaboration agreements

• Monitor all competitor activity within region

• Manage key Planning and Acquisition activity within region, delivering targets in core areas of search

• Review and Manage project budgets, viability and delivery

• Prepare and produce scheme viabilities

• You must have strong project management skills as well as knowledge and experience of the planning system.
