​Our client is a high-end FTSE 100 development company , well known for their extensive portfolio of quality builds.

Based in London, the role will involve complete and overall on-site responsibility for this multi million pound phase of the site, taking ownership of the scheme delivery, within timescales and budgets.  Joining an existing team, you will have the ability to hit the ground running at the beginning of the new phase of build.

Duties Include:

• Previous experience of delivering large residential mixed use developments within the UK to include RC Frame projects, focussed on the completion of high rise luxury apartments within the constraints of a busy City Centre.  Including area regeneration and development of comer

• Proven track record of overall responsibility for that delivery

• Manage all aspects of the build program from materials to end of line customer care

• Management and lead a team of multiple sub-contractors and other on-site personnel,

• Complete responsibility for the health & safety of all site operatives and visitors, including carrying out risk assessments and taking necessary actions

• Ability to work to a set programme of works & strategy

• Able to communicate effectively with the management and commercial team whilst building strong relationships

• Monitoring progress of works and ensuring materials and equipment are delivered in a timely manner to ensure works complete within timelines

• Working to strict financial budgets

Pre-requisites:

• A relevant Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar degree / and, or proven Senior Management history with industry qualifications

• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
