​We are working with a residential-led property developer who are seeking a Sales and Marketing Analyst to join their team.

Individuals must be comfortable in researching and advising on unit mix, optimum values, phasing and specification on existing projects.

You will need to undertake market research to inform and support the determination of land opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the delivery of market suite and show home installation

• Gathering information for Sales Executives and other key personnel

• Producing all sales release documentation, literature, marketing and signage

• Pricing of developments with the support of the Sales and Marketing Director

• To attend and particpate in marketing and sales meetings when required

• Liaise with communications to ensure the company website and local regionable website are kept up to date

Key Requirements:

• Post Graduate Level

• Strong IT Skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe

• Inside knowledge of the propery market preferred

• Excellent Communicator

• Previous experience in a similar Marketing role
