Our client is a market leading established developer for new build properties in the London and surrounding area.
We are seeking a talented individual who can offer flexible working hours, be a leader and motivator, within a small sales team in a fantastic location.
As a Sales Manager in the London region you will be responsible for:
A high level of customer service, which will be shared by your team.
Be able to offer flexibility in terms of working hours, including weekends.
A special interest of the housing sector and property industry.
A proactive, positive ‘can do’ attitude.
Excellence at negotiation and communication skills.
A team player, leader and willingness to go the extra mile
Monitor, signage & presentation of sales area.
Adaptable to working with different clients.
Attention to detail in all aspects of the sales environment.
Successful applicants will be required to have a go-getter mentality, be able to work on your own inititive and be willing to lead a small team. You will need to be immaculately presented. This is a full-time position and days may vary.
