​Highly regarded residential developer Group, require an exceptional Senior Financial Accountant, to join a high performing finance function, to help support and drive the Group's amazing growth plans.

This is a superb opportunity for an ambitious, driven and highly motivated Senior Financial Accountant to bring their high levels of energy and personality and passion for residential led development, to a vibrant and rapidly expanding family orientated new homes developer. Not just on a regional level, but on a wider Group level as well.

Working as part of a successful Group orientated finance function, the successful applicant will have responsibility for substantial resources and superb support

Duties will be varied and will include:

• Ownership of all aspects of financial reporting including delivering month end, prepare/ review of journals, reconciliations and monthly management accounts with variance analysis. Alongside preparation of weekly/ monthly cashflow forecasts.

• Working with the regional finance teams, to prepare the consolidated management accounts, profit & cashflow forecasts, and working alongside the Commercial and Sales teams to update the appraisals on a monthly basis, providing sufficient challenge.

Further key responsibilities, will include, assisting in the preparation of the finance section of the monthly board pack, and the preparation of the annual budget pack, and high quality financial modelling to support business decisions. Alongside developing and maintaining necessary controls, policies and procedures to ensure an effective and efficient financial management environment within the Company.
