You will join an established team of hard working professionals who are dedicated to delivering the huge scope of works in line with their usual beautiful standards.

What will you be doing?

The post-holder will be responsible for the commercial function or specific packages on a development to facilitate cost effective delivery and completion of the scheme. The duties will incorporate managing the understanding of the approved budget and package breakdowns, liaising with various consultants within design and technical to ensure concepts and proposals running in line with approved budgets and procurement, preparing scope of works, ensuring procurement and subcontract elements are completed in accordance with company requirements, all aspects of subcontractor tendering and payments, preparing expenditure forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis.

Who are you?

You will be a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience ideally gained from a house-builder. Degree educated in a commercial/Engineering related degree and with a sense of business awareness in terms of product understanding, customer and stakeholder needs. Good organisational skills, professional approach, team player attitude, ability to work on own initiative and a high level of IT literacy are all pre-requisites of this role.
