We are seeking a talented individual who will take ownership of the Strategic Land and Planning activity and strategy focusing on major residential sites for a leading Housebuilder based in the South East. The Company possess an incredibly strong asset base, with huge potential for profitable development The role will involve proactively identifying new strategic land sites within the region as well as delivering effective planning strategies on existing sites.

• Identify new strategic land opportunities and negotiate site specific legal terms and agreements

• Liaise with Landowners and managing progress of site promotion

• Negotiate and agree extensions or amendments to Option Agreements

• Devise and deliver developer collaboration agreements

• Monitor all competitor activity within region

• Manage key Planning and Aquisition activity within region, delivering targets in core areas of search

• Review and Manage project budgets, viability and delivery

• Prepare and produce scheme viabilities

Person Specification: The successful candidate will have experience in Strategic Land Acquisition and Scheme management for major residential project opportunities. It is essential that you have a strong understanding of all aspects of Planning on large scale residential schemes as well as previous experience handling Option and Collaboration agreements.
