Social Media & Marketing Manager

Our client is looking for a vibrant and motivated team player, who can work autonomously or as part of a team. The successful candidate will ideally have flair, passionate, and the willingness to help the groups expansion, whilst also having a personality that can contribute to a fast paced environment. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the coordination of marketing activities by liaising with a range of stakeholders including colleagues, developers and suppliers 

  • Organising the production of branded items such as stationery and merchandise

  • The ability to create advertisements and off-line marketing

  • Assisting with the production of artwork, sourcing images and checking copy

  • Produce clear and concise written correspondence in the form of letters and emails

  • Overseeing & building the social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & LinkedIn) for the company ensuring it aligns with the company’s and developers’ brands

  • Engaging with followers & influencers through the use of social media 

  • Developing a social media calendar ensuring a constant supply of relevant posts, creating high-quality original written and visual content, utilising a media management platform

  • Attend weekly project and sales meetings in line with business timetables

  • Carrying out regular site visits, taking photographs, market research and report analysis on developments to assist with the sales and marketing strategy and to monitor the effectiveness of marketing activity

  • Management of online property portals (in particular Rightmove), to include uploading sites and plots, continuous amendments in line with Sales, monitoring success and analysing reports to ensure we are increasing visitor levels and sales through the portals
