​We are looking for a Strategic Projects Manager to join the Land & Planning team for a leading house builder in the South West area. You will be responsible for assisting with the Strategic Land portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate legal agreements such as landowners, consortium and s.106 agreements etc

• Understanding opportunities and constraints, both commercially and technically on land interests

• Liaison with landowners over progress on site promotion to establish and maintain positive relationships

• The monitoring of Local Plan documents, housing land supply and competitor activity

Key Requirements:

• Degree qualification in a relevant subject

• RICS accreditation

• Knowledge of planning policy and process

• Full driving licence
